Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the translation. Payment may be via bank transfer
or by cheque. Client agrees to pay all costs incurred by Toptranslation.co.uk
in collecting delinquent amounts. Credits may only be provided if the Client
can prove that the translation is grossly inaccurate. Toptranslation.co.uk is
not responsible for the tone or the meaning of the document, just the translation.
Credits will not be issued if Client misinterprets any meaning, explicit or
implied, within the document that cannot be directly linked to the translation.
Toptranslation.co.uk does not include re-writes or editing of the original text
in the translation price. Therefore, any grammatical errors or stylistic issues
in the original text may affect the translation. Please proofread your documents
carefully before consulting a translator.
Privacy Policy
Toptranslation.co.uk will not disclose to third parties any of your private
information, except to the extent necessary to complete a transaction initiated
by you. Toptranslation.co.uk does not use cookies to track activity; however,
it does employ general data collection to track average site traffic.

by Toptranslation.co.uk as a result, in whole or in part, of any violation by
Client of any national statute or regulation, or of any nationally accepted
standard or copyright law. It shall be the client's sole responsibility to comply
with applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of any translation provided
by Toptranslation.co.uk
A possibility exists that the site could include inaccuracies or errors. Additionally,
a possibility exists that unauthorised changes might be made by third parties.
In the event that such an inaccuracy arises, please inform the webmaster (webmaster@toptranslation.co.uk)
